What you'll need

Have these ready before you start driving:

✓Valid driver's license for your vehicle type
✓A registered, roadworthy vehicle (motorcycle, tricycle, or car)
✓Official Receipt & Certificate of Registration (OR/CR)
✓A smartphone with mobile data & GPS
✓At least 18 years old

Documents: you'll upload your license, OR/CR, and a selfie securely in the Sakay Driver app after your application is reviewed — nothing to upload on this form.

Updates: we'll text you on the number you provide when your application is reviewed and when it's approved.
